Snappy. Sudden pains, sudden reactions. Awakening with a kink in your neck that’s there to bug you all day, no massage or sauna in sight of the next 24 hours.
Like biting. When people approach you or address you, the immediate response is to snap back. Maybe hold it for a minute to build up steam, and then: blast.
It’s not a very fulfilling feeling — not what we do for fun. It’s a survival thing, a reaction status that colors our world dull.
Physical or emotional pain, exhaustion; operating our bodies and minds below the recommended minimum.
We should have warning lights. If we look closely, we can indeed notice the needle dipping, the red light flashing, the sharp tone in voice and the enjoyment levels dropping.
Time to power down, if you can. Otherwise, pull up reserve power and coast as best you can.
